Thank you for purchasing our guitar tabs and lessons at arunplaysguitar. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.

1. Digital Goods

The products offered on this website (guitar tabs, sheet music, video lessons) are digital downloads and digital content. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the download link has been provided or access to the digital content has been granted.

2. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products. However, we will consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Non-delivery of the product: Due to mailing issues or server errors, you might not receive a delivery e-mail or gain access to the purchased content. In this case, please contact us for assistance. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund will be issued.
• Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for such issues. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint, a refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations

Since access to our digital content is granted immediately upon successful payment, cancellations are not possible after the transaction is completed.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product (tab or lesson) more than once, please contact our support team. Upon verification, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
